As we approach the end of another exciting year in entertainment, the members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) have come together to nominate the best film works of 2015 for the 73rd annual Golden Globes.
From the big screens to the smallest on iPhones and other tablets, the Golden Globe award show celebrates all of the year’s best works in film, acting, animations, and more.
With technology on the rise, film entertainment is easier to access than ever before. As a result, Netflix turned out to be this year’s number one television network, while also having its own television show, Orange Is the New Black, collecting the highest amount of votes for best comedy television series.
In addition to television, music videos, such as “Love Me Like You Do,” from 50 Shades of Grey, and “See You Again,” from Fast and Furious 7, also made their way into this year’s nominee selections.

Steve Jobs, The Martian, and Trumbo all earned multiple nominations for Golden Globes. Although many of you Philadelphians may be upset to find that Creed was not nominated for best motion picture, Sylvester Stallone’s performance earned him a nomination for best actor in a supporting role.
The list goes on and on, so make sure you stay tuned on January 10th, 2016, to find out who will be crowned the best of the best from this year in film!
